For transport it is in a strategic spot, in the triangle formed by Moratalaz, Vallecas and Conde de Casal, 2 minutes from road junctions such as the A-3, M-40 and M-45 motorways, with a bus stop at the door (L-141) and all kinds of local services and shops. This lovely DOUBLE room, shown in the listing, is exterior facing and bright, with a private en suite bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and shower tray, and is fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with pillows, a set of sheets, a towel and a duvet, a desk for work or study, a bedside table with a lamp, several sockets, a sofa and a spacious wardrobe, individual electric heating, a well-enclosed terrace, a ceiling fan and a mini fridge for extra comfort.
