Single room H.3, Puente de Vallecas

This shared flat has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of them private, en suite) and is at Calle de las Marismas 27, a prime location in Madrid's Puente de Vallecas district. The neighbourhood has many green and leisure areas, as well as the best panoramic views of the city from the nearby Cerro del Tío Pío. For transport it is in a strategic spot, in the triangle formed by Moratalaz, Vallecas and Conde de Casal, 2 minutes from road junctions such as the A-3, M-40 and M-45 motorways, with a bus stop at the door (L-141) and all kinds of local services and shops. This lovely SINGLE room, shown in the listing, is exterior facing, bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with pillows, a set of sheets, a towel and a duvet, a desk for work or study, a shelf with a lamp, several sockets and a spacious wardrobe, individual electric heating and a ceiling fan. The shared areas include a brand new kitchen, both furniture and appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave), plus the basic kitchenware you need: pots, pans, cutlery and glassware. The comfortable, spacious shared bathroom has a shower tray and is shared by three rooms, as the other two have private en suite bathrooms. Ask us about the terms.
