The flat has the following shared areas: a large kitchen with a counter and two high stools for breakfast or lunch, equipped with all appliances, and its own washing machine. There is access to a terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a lovely view. There are 2 full bathrooms with a bathtub, easy to reach from any room. Other services: high-speed wifi and cleaning of the shared areas twice a month. As for the location, Calle María Antonia is in a prime area with all kinds of services: large shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and more. The street is just 300 metres from USERA Metro station (Line 6) and a 2-minute walk from Avenida de Manzanares (Madrid Río), a pedestrian and leisure area along a long stretch of the Manzanares river, surrounded by green spaces, 15 minutes from Sol and Gran Vía. The area also has several bus lines nearby (441, 442, 443, 444, 446) and a direct train line (C5).
