A modern exterior room for couples at 'Madrid Río', in a shared flat where everything is brand new, in a gated complex one street from 'Madrid Río' park. The flat has everything you need to move straight in: it is fully furnished, with enough household items that you won't have to worry about anything. The room has a 1.35 double bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk lamp and table lamp, a double desk with two chairs, and a sofa bed in the room's entrance area. The room is 22 m², spacious and very bright, with a bay window and a table with two very comfortable chairs to enjoy your evenings in one of the best areas of Madrid. The white lacquered wardrobe has enough space for all your clothes. TV connection, wifi and all bills included. The room has a private fridge for two people. The kitchen is equipped with appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, washing machine and utensils (cutlery, pots, pans and more). There are 2 bathrooms with shower trays. Natural gas heating and working air conditioning throughout the flat. The complex has 2 entrances, a 24-hour on-site doorman, a daily cleaning service, a large swimming pool, two padel courts, green areas and a rubbish room. The building has two lifts. The building has two lifts. One of the flat's big advantages is its great location. Nearby there are bars of every style, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, medical centres, small shops, supermarkets and a place to enjoy the outdoors: Madrid Río, a wide corridor more than 10 km long along both banks of the Manzanares river, in the south-west of the city. This area used to be taken up by the M-30, but since the ring road was put underground, in works that ran from 2006 to 2010, the space has become a pleasant place to walk, do sport, have a drink, play, use the swings, watch the river and admire its bridges. Local people have happily reclaimed this area and, especially at weekends, it is very busy. A very cosy flat with a great atmosphere among flatmates, managed by professionals.
