Capital Rooms is renting this great room in a shared flat at Calle Melilla 49, in the Pirámides district of Madrid. It is in a gated complex one street from Madrid Río. The room is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with a pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside table with a lamp, a wardrobe with a mirror, a desk with a chair, a wall coat rack, and natural gas heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. The complex has 2 entrances, a 24-hour on-site doorman, a large swimming pool, two padel courts, green areas and a rubbish room. The building has two lifts. As for the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and fitted with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, boiler/electric water heater, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has two full bathrooms with shower trays. Capital Rooms carries out two fortnightly cleans of the shared areas of this flat. As for the location, Calle Melilla is in a prime area with all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and more. The street is just a 3-minute walk from Pirámides Metro station (Line 5). Madrid Río is a wide corridor more than 10 km long along both banks of the Manzanares river, in the south-west of the city. This area used to be taken up by the M-30, but since the ring road was put underground in works that ran from 2006 to 2010, it has become a pleasant place to walk, play sport, have a drink, play, use the swings, watch the river and admire its bridges. It is 6 minutes from Puente de Toledo and 18 minutes from Sol and Gran Vía. The area also has several bus lines nearby. A gated complex one street from Madrid Río park, Calle Melilla 49, Madrid. The flat has everything you need to move in: it is fully furnished and has enough household items that you won't have to worry about anything. The kitchen is equipped with appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, washing machine and utensils (cutlery, pots, pans and so on). There are 2 bathrooms with shower trays. Natural gas heating. The complex has 2 entrances, a 24-hour on-site doorman, a daily cleaning service, a large swimming pool, two padel courts, green areas and a rubbish room. The building has two lifts. One of the big advantages of the flat is its great location. Nearby there are all kinds of bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, medical centres, small shops, supermarkets and a place to enjoy the outdoors: Madrid Río is a wide corridor more than 10 km long along both banks of the Manzanares river, in the south-west of the city. This area used to be taken up by the M-30, but since the ring road was put underground in works that ran from 2006 to 2010, it has become a pleasant place to walk, play sport, have a drink, play, use the swings, watch the river and admire its bridges. Residents have reclaimed this area with great joy and, especially at weekends, enjoy it in large numbers. A very cosy flat with a great shared-living atmosphere, managed by professionals.
