The flat is at Calle Jerónima Llorente 54, a strategic spot for transport, very close to Calle Bravo Murillo, with a Line 1 Metro stop 500 metres away (Metro Estrecho) and Line 7 500 metres away (Metro Francos Rodriguez), plus all kinds of local services and shops, markets, bars and other services, numerous green and leisure areas, schools and more. The shared areas include a newly renovated kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave) plus the basic kitchenware you need: pots, pans, cutlery and glassware. The shared bathroom has a shower tray and is shared by the two rooms. The interior-facing single room is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with pillows, a set of sheets, a towel and a duvet, a desk for work or study with a chair, a bedside table with a lamp, several sockets, a spacious wardrobe, individual electric heating, a well-sealed window and a ceiling fan.
