Single room H.4, Carabanchel

Welcome to the 'Hornero' student house. A great private room in student accommodation fully renovated in 2022 and not yet lived in. We are renting this private room, well fitted out with natural light, about 8 m2. For study time it has a comfortable desk with a desk lamp, drawers and storage space, and a conference chair. The furniture is completed by a 115 cm wardrobe with a hanging rail inside, a bedside table, a ceiling light, and a 1.05 m wide bed. Ceiling fan with remote control and electric heating. The flat has the following shared areas: - A large kitchen with new appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge. Each student has their own cupboard with their own kitchenware (a full set of cutlery for each guest's exclusive use). - 2 full bathrooms, easy to reach from every room and finished to a high standard. Other services: - Each student is given a set of towels and bed linen. - Shared areas cleaned twice a month. - High-speed wifi with boosters throughout the house. - The house has its own washing machine. Enjoy an unbeatable location: Calle Horneros is in the Opañel neighbourhood, in Madrid's Carabanchel district, next to Opañel Metro station (Line 6, the circular line) and several bus lines, 20 minutes from Atocha station and Puerta del Sol, and 30 minutes from the Ciudad Universitaria campus. The area has all kinds of services: a health centre, shops, restaurants and more. The spectacular Opañel park is also just metres away, for walks and sport. Enjoy a cosy stay in a setting exclusively for university students, with excellent shared living.
