Welcome to the student house "Hornero". A great private room in student accommodation fully renovated in 2022. This private room is fully fitted out, gets natural light and measures about 8 m². For your study hours it has a comfortable desk with a desk lamp, drawers and storage space, and a conference chair. The furniture is completed by a 115 cm wardrobe with a hanging rail inside, a bedside table and a ceiling light, and a 1.05 m wide bed. It is equipped with a ceiling fan with remote control, and the heating is electric. The flat has the following shared areas: a large kitchen equipped with new appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge. Each student has their own cupboard with their own kitchenware (a full set of cutlery for each guest's exclusive use). 2 full bathrooms, easy to reach from any room and finished to a high standard. Other services: Each student is given a set of towels and bed linen. Cleaning of the shared areas twice a month. High-speed wifi with boosters throughout the flat. The flat has its own washing machine. You can enjoy its unbeatable location. Calle Horneros is in the Opañel neighbourhood, in Madrid's Carabanchel district, next to Opañel metro station (Line 6, circular) and several bus lines. It is 20 minutes from Atocha station and Puerta del Sol, and 30 minutes from the Ciudad Universitaria campus. The area has all kinds of services: a health centre, shops, restaurants, etc. The impressive Opañel park is also just a few metres away, for walks and sport.
