Welcome to CARABANCHEL! Capital Rooms is renting a fantastic room in a shared flat at Calle GARCETA 30. Connected to Line 6 (circular), a 900 m walk from Carpetana. MERCADONA is just an 8-minute walk away. It is an established, quiet and safe neighbourhood with restaurants, cafés and green spaces to enjoy nearby, including San Isidro park a 500 m walk away. The shared areas include natural gas heating, a kitchen furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware), and a comfortable, spacious shared bathroom with a shower tray. The room is 12 m2, bright and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed, a private terrace, pillows and cushions, a set of sheets and a duvet, a wardrobe with a mirror and a ceiling fan. Every room has its own lock and key and high-speed fibre wifi.
