Capital Rooms is renting this fantastic room in a shared flat at Calle Graena 18, in Madrid's Orcasur district. The room is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with a pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and natural gas heating. All rooms include high-speed fibre wifi. As for the shared areas, the flat has a kitchen that is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, natural gas cooker, washing machine, boiler, microwave, etc.) and the kitchenware you need to settle in without worries (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has two full bathrooms with shower trays. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month. As for the location, Calle Graena is in a prime area and so offers all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centres, cultural centres, and Renfe less than 5 minutes' walk away, etc. The property is just a 5-minute walk from San Fermin-Orcasur metro station (Line 3), located under the junction of Av. Andalucía (one of the main avenues of Madrid) and Av. de los Poblados, an important junction in the area. It is 20 minutes from Sol and Gran Vía, 4 minutes from the Gabriel García Márquez municipal public library, and a 20-minute walk from the Parque Lineal del Manzanares (an archaeological and natural site of the Community of Madrid). Several bus lines also run nearby.
