Welcome to CARABANCHEL! Capital Rooms is renting out a great room in a shared flat at Calle GARCETA 30, connected to Line 6 (circular), a 900 m walk from Carpetana. MERCADONA is just an 8-minute walk away. It is an established, quiet and safe neighbourhood with restaurants, cafés and green areas nearby, including San Isidro park, a 500 m walk away. In the shared areas, the flat has natural gas heating, a furnished kitchen equipped with all appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, microwave) and the necessary kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware), and a comfortable, spacious shared bathroom with a shower. The room measures 8 m2, is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with pillows and cushions, a set of sheets and a duvet, a wardrobe with a mirror and a ceiling fan. The room is interior, with no window. Every room has its own lock and key and high-speed fibre wifi.
