Capital Rooms is renting rooms in a shared flat in Villaverde, at Calle Encarnación Oviol 43. We are renting this private SINGLE room, fully fitted out with natural light, measuring about 10 m2. It has a comfortable desk and a chair. The furniture also includes a wardrobe with a hanging rail inside, a ceiling fan with remote control, electric heating, and a 0.90 m wide bed. The flat has the following shared areas: a large kitchen with a breakfast bar for breakfast or lunch, equipped with new appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge. Each room has its own kitchenware (a full set of cutlery for each guest's exclusive use). There is 1 full bathroom with a shower, easy to reach from any room and finished to a high standard. The shared areas are cleaned twice a month. High-speed wifi. The flat has its own washing machine. Enjoy its excellent location, 550 metres from Villaverde Bajo-Cruce Renfe, Line 3 (yellow line), with direct connections to Moncloa, Plaza de España, Callao and Sol, and several bus lines. It is 15 minutes from Atocha station, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM Campus Sur, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria.
