Capital Rooms is renting rooms in a shared flat in Villaverde, at Calle Encarnación Oviol 43. We are renting this private DOUBLE room, well fitted out and with natural light, of about 15 m². It has a comfortable desk and a chair. The furniture is completed by a wardrobe with a hanging rail inside, a ceiling fan with remote control, electric heating and a 1.35 m wide bed. The flat has the following shared areas: a large kitchen with a breakfast bar for breakfast or lunch, with new appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge. Each room has its own kitchenware (a full set of cutlery for each guest's use only). There is 1 full bathroom with a shower tray, easy to reach from any room and finished to a high standard. The shared areas are cleaned twice a month. High-speed wifi. The flat has its own washing machine. You can enjoy its unbeatable location, 550 metres from Villaverde Bajo-Cruce Renfe, Line 3 (yellow), with a direct connection to MONCLOA, PLAZA DE ESPAÑA, CALLAO and SOL, and several bus lines. It is 15 minutes from Atocha station, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM South Campus, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria.
