Capital Rooms is renting this fantastic room in a shared flat on Calle DOCTOR BELLIDO, in Entrevías, a lively and well connected area (10 minutes from Sol, a few minutes from the Madrid-Entrevías Renfe stop, and a bus stop one street from the front door, lines 103, 111, 144 and N22), with an AHORRAMAS supermarket on the corner, a police station close by, bars, restaurants and all kinds of services in the south of Madrid. The room is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with pillows and cushions, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside table with a lamp, a spacious wardrobe, individual natural gas heating, and high-quality double-glazed windows. Every room has its own lock and key and high-speed fibre wifi. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas three times a month. The shared areas include a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). USB sockets in the living room and bedrooms, and more. There is also a comfortable, spacious bathroom with a shower tray shared by the four rooms.
