We are renting this private single room, well fitted out and with natural light, measuring about 7 m2. It has a comfortable desk and a chair. The flat has the following shared areas: a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, fitted with appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge. Each room has its own kitchenware (a full set of cutlery for each resident's own use). There is 1 full bathroom with a shower tray, easy to reach from every room and finished to a high standard. Cleaning of the shared areas twice a month. High-speed wifi. The flat has its own washing machine.
