We are renting this private DOUBLE room, well fitted out with natural light, about 12 m2. It has a comfortable desk and a chair. The furniture is completed by a wardrobe with a hanging rail inside, a ceiling fan with remote control, electric heating and a 1.35 m wide bed. The flat has the following shared areas: a large kitchen with a breakfast bar for breakfast or lunch, equipped with appliances: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and fridge. Each room has its own kitchenware (a full set of cutlery for each guest's exclusive use). There is 1 full bathroom with a shower tray, easy to reach from every room and finished to a high standard. Shared areas cleaned twice a month. High-speed wifi. The house has its own washing machine.
