The room is very bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with a pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside shelf with a lamp, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and natural gas heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. This flat has just been renovated, with all new furniture and everything brand new, so you will be the first tenants to enjoy it all. In the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, boiler/electric water heater, microwave) and the necessary kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The property also has one full bathroom and a living-dining room. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month. As for the location, Calle Caunedo is in a prime area with all kinds of services: Alcalá Norte shopping centre, several supermarkets, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and more. The street is just a 3-minute walk from Ciudad Lineal Metro station (Line 5). The area also has several bus lines nearby. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat once a month.
