In the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave) and the necessary kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The property also has a full bathroom with a shower. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month, every fortnight. As for the location, Calle Ntra. Sra. del Perpetuo Socorro is in a prime area with all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and more. The street is just a 3-minute walk from Portazgo Metro station (Line 1), 10 minutes from the Atocha and Méndez Álvaro transport hubs, and 15 minutes from Sol and Gran Vía. The area also has several bus lines nearby. The shared areas of this flat are cleaned once a month.
