The room is bright and fully equipped with: a 0.90 m bed with pillows, a set of sheets and a duvet, a built-in wardrobe, a desk with a chair and lamp for your study hours, and natural gas heating. The shared areas are cleaned twice a month. In the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has a bathroom and a separate toilet. As for the location, Calle Castillo de Aza is in a prime area with all kinds of services: local shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and more. The flat is just 2 minutes from the Valencia motorway (the main road), with Santa Eugenia Renfe station nearby and several bus lines, including the 145, which goes directly to the La Gavia shopping centre. It is 7 minutes from Puerta de Atocha station and 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM south campus, 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria, and a few minutes' walk from CEIP Ciudad De Valencia and IES Santa Eugenia. A very welcoming flat with an excellent shared living atmosphere. Several bus lines also run nearby. Welcome to CASTRILLO DE AZA! Capital Rooms is renting this great room in a shared flat on Calle Castillo de Aza, in the Santa Eugenia district of Madrid. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. The flat also has 1 full bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
