It is a strategic area next to Méndez Álvaro with excellent connections to Atocha, in an established, quiet and safe neighbourhood with long-standing local shops and plenty of life. Public transport links are unbeatable: a 3-minute walk to Asamblea de Madrid Renfe station, and a bus stop 50 metres from the door (bus lines 103, 111, 144 and N22). There is an AHORRAMÁS supermarket on the corner, a police station close by, and bars, restaurants and all kinds of services in the south of Madrid. In short, an urban area with real development and comfort.
