It is lively and has unbeatable public transport links (a 3-minute walk from the Asamblea de Madrid Renfe stop, with a bus stop 50 metres from the front door, bus lines 103, 111 and 144 N22). There is an AHORRAMÁS supermarket on the corner, a police station very close by, and bars, restaurants and all kinds of services in the south of Madrid. In short, a well-developed and comfortable urban area. The room is 13 m², bright and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with pillows and cushions, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside table with a lamp, a spacious wardrobe, a ceiling fan, a study desk, individual natural gas heating, and high-quality double-glazed windows.
