It is a strategic area next to Méndez Álvaro with excellent connections to Atocha, in an established, quiet and safe neighbourhood with traditional local shops, plenty of life and excellent public transport links (a 3-minute walk from Asamblea de Madrid Renfe station, with a bus stop 50 metres from the door, lines 103, 111, 144 and N22). There is an AHORRAMÁS supermarket on the corner, a police station close by, and bars, restaurants and all kinds of services in the south of Madrid. In short, a well-developed and comfortable urban area. The room measures 9 m2, is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with pillows and cushions, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside table with a lamp, a spacious wardrobe, a study desk, individual natural gas heating, and high-quality double-glazed windows. Every room has its own lock and key and high-speed fibre wifi. Bills are included in the price. In the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, microwave) and the necessary kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware), a table with two chairs for breakfast, USB sockets in the living room and bedrooms, and more. There is also a comfortable, spacious shared bathroom with a shower, used by only two of the four rooms (the other two have their own en suite bathroom).
