Capital Rooms is renting this fantastic room in a shared flat for STUDENTS, at Calle de Benalmádena 1, in Madrid's Entrevías district. The room is very bright and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with a pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, a desk with a chair for your study hours, and a wardrobe. Natural gas heating. All rooms include high-speed fibre wifi. As for the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave) and the necessary kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has two full bathrooms with bathtubs. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month. As for the location, the flat is in a prime area and so has all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre and pharmacies, and a national library. It is just a few steps from Avenida La Albufera (main road), next to Miguel Hernández metro station, Line 1 (blue), and several bus lines. It is 15 minutes from Atocha station and 18 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by bike or bus to the UPM Campus Sur, and 30 minutes by metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria.
