Capital Rooms is renting this fantastic room in a shared flat for STUDENTS, at Calle de Benalmádena 1, in Madrid's Entrevías district. The room is very bright and fully equipped with: a 1.00 m bed with a pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, a desk with a chair for your study hours, and a wardrobe. Natural gas heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. The shared areas include a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has two full bathrooms with bathtubs. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month. The flat is in a prime area with all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre and pharmacies, and a national library. You are just a few steps from Avenida La Albufera (the main road), right next to Miguel Hernández Metro station, Line 1 (blue line), and several bus lines; 15 minutes from Atocha station and 18 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by bike or bus to the UPM Campus Sur, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria. A very cosy place to stay. Utilities (electricity, water, gas) are not included in our rates. Ask us about the terms.
