The room is very bright and fully equipped with: a 1.00 m bed with a pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, a desk with a chair for your study hours, and a wardrobe. Natural gas heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. In the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has two full bathrooms with bathtubs. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month. As for the location, the flat is in a prime area with all kinds of services: local shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and a national library. You are just a few steps from Avenida La Albufera (the main road), with Miguel Hernández Metro station (Line 1, blue line) right next to it and several bus lines. It is 15 minutes from Atocha station and 18 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by bike or bus to the UPM south campus, and 30 minutes by Metro or 10 minutes by car to Ciudad Universitaria.
