Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. The shared areas include a kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, washing machine, boiler and microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has 1 full bathroom. The exterior-facing single room is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with pillows, a set of sheets, a towel and a duvet, a desk for work or study with a chair, a bedside table with a lamp, several sockets, a spacious wardrobe, individual electric heating, a well-sealed window and a ceiling fan. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month. As for the location, on Calle Argente you are just a few steps from Avenida La Albufera (the main road), next to Nueva Numancia Metro station, Line 1 (blue line), and several bus lines, 13 minutes from Atocha station and 20 minutes from Puerta del Sol.
