Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. As for the shared areas, the flat has a kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, washing machine, boiler and microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has 1 full bathroom. This exterior single room is bright and fully equipped with: a 0.90 m bed with a pillow, a set of sheets, a towel and a duvet, a desk for work or study with a chair, a bedside table with a lamp, several plug sockets, a spacious wardrobe, individual electric heating, a well-sealed window and a ceiling fan. Capital Rooms cleans the shared areas of this flat twice a month. As for the location, on Calle Argente you are just a few steps from Avenida La Albufera (a main road), right next to Nueva Numancia Metro station, Line 1 (blue line), and several bus lines.
