There is a supermarket on the corner, a police station very close by, and bars, restaurants and all kinds of services in the north of Madrid. The room is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with pillows and cushions, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside table with a lamp, a spacious built-in wardrobe, individual natural gas heating, and high-quality double-glazed windows, all tastefully decorated. Every room has its own lock and key and high-speed fibre wifi. As for the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, boiler/electric water heater, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has a bright living room with every comfort: sofas, an air conditioning unit and more.
