We are renting this private single room, fully fitted out with natural light, measuring about 12 m2. It has a comfortable desk with a desk lamp and a chair. The furniture also includes a built-in wardrobe with a hanging rail inside, a bedside table, a ceiling fan with remote control, natural gas heating and a 1.35 m wide bed. The flat has the following shared areas: a kitchen with a ceramic hob and extractor hood, and a large shared area with 2 breakfast bars for breakfast or lunch, a microwave and a fridge. Each room has its own kitchenware (a full set of cutlery for each guest's exclusive use). There is 1 full bathroom with a shower, easy to reach from any room and finished to a high standard. The shared areas are cleaned twice a month. High-speed wifi. The flat has its own washing machine. Enjoy its excellent location, with all kinds of services: Alcalá Norte shopping centre, several supermarkets, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and more. It is 130 metres from Pueblo Nuevo Metro station (Line 7, orange line) and just a 6-minute walk from Ciudad Lineal Metro station (Line 5, green line). The area also has several bus lines nearby.
