This private DOUBLE room is fully fitted out, gets natural light and measures about 12 m². It has a comfortable desk with a desk lamp and two chairs. The furniture is completed by a wardrobe with a hanging rail inside, a bedside table, a ceiling fan with remote control, natural gas heating, and a 1.35 m wide bed. The flat has the following shared areas: a kitchen with a ceramic hob and extractor hood, and a large shared area with 2 breakfast bars for breakfast or lunch, a microwave and a fridge. Each room has its own kitchenware (a full set of cutlery for each guest's exclusive use). There is 1 full bathroom with a shower tray, easy to reach from any room and finished to a high standard. Cleaning of the shared areas twice a month. High-speed wifi. The flat has its own washing machine.
