We welcome you with the most modern and comfortable rooms, and we have the most competitive prices on the market. Because of its features and small number of places, we offer a personal, family atmosphere. This room is at Calle Almonacid 28, in Madrid, near Nueva Numancia Metro (Line 1). The room is bright and fully equipped with: a double bed with pillows, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside table with a lamp, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, a wall coat rack and electric heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. As for the shared areas, in this flat you will enjoy a multi-purpose shared space where you can study, work or relax. The flat has a large kitchen, furnished and fitted with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine and microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). The flat also has a full bathroom with a shower tray, easy to reach from every room. As for the location, Calle Almonacid is in a prime area with all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and more. The street is just a 3-minute walk from Nueva Numancia Metro station (Line 1), 7 minutes from the Atocha and Méndez Álvaro transport hubs, and 12 minutes from Sol and Gran Vía.
