Thanks to its features and small number of places, we offer a personal, family atmosphere. This room is at Calle Almonacid 28, in Madrid, near Nueva Numancia Metro (Line 1). The room is bright and fully equipped with: a single bed with a pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, a bedside table with a lamp, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, a wall coat rack and electric heating. Every room has high-speed fibre wifi. The flat also has one full bathroom with a shower tray, easy to reach from every room. As for the location, Calle Almonacid is in a prime area with all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and more. The street is just a 3-minute walk from Nueva Numancia Metro station (Line 1), 7 minutes from the Atocha and Méndez Álvaro transport hubs, and 12 minutes from Sol and Gran Vía. Several bus lines also run nearby. Capital Rooms offers rooms in a shared flat, perfect for students and young workers, a few minutes from NUEVA NUMANCIA Metro. The flat has everything you need to move in. Each room has a lock for maximum security, and the kitchen is equipped with new appliances: ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine and utensils (cutlery, pots, pans). All our properties have wifi, and the shared areas are cleaned twice a month. Enjoy Madrid like never before.
