As for the location, Av. de la Albufera is in a prime area with all kinds of services: local shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and more. The flat is on the avenue itself, with a street-level entrance, a 1-minute walk from Portazgo Metro station (Line 1), 10 minutes from the Atocha and Méndez Álvaro transport hubs, and 15 minutes from Sol and Gran Vía.
