All rooms include high-speed fibre wifi and electric heating. As for the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, oven) and the necessary kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). There is also a bathroom with a shower tray. The shared areas of this flat are cleaned twice a month. As for the location, Av. de la Albufera is in a prime area and so has all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre and pharmacies, etc. The flat is right on the avenue with a street-level entrance, a 1-minute walk from Portazgo metro station (Line 1), 10 minutes from the Atocha and Méndez Álvaro transport hubs, and 15 minutes from Sol and Gran Vía. Several bus lines also run nearby. Capital Rooms is renting rooms in a shared flat at Av. de la Albufera 143, in Madrid's Portazgo district.
