In the shared areas, the flat has a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, oven) and the necessary kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware), and a bathroom with a shower. The shared areas of this flat are cleaned twice a month. As for the location, Avenida de la Albufera is in a prime area with all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, a health centre, pharmacies and more. The flat is on the avenue itself, with a street-level entrance, a 1-minute walk from Portazgo Metro station (Line 1), 10 minutes from the Atocha and Méndez Álvaro transport hubs, and 15 minutes from Sol and Gran Vía. The area also has several bus lines nearby. Capital Rooms is renting rooms in a shared flat at Avenida de la Albufera 143, in Madrid's Portazgo district.
