Single room H.3, Puente de Vallecas

The room is bright, with an en suite bathroom, and fully equipped with: a 1.05 m bed with a pillow, a set of sheets and a duvet, a spacious wardrobe, an electric heater and high-quality double-glazed windows. Everything is tastefully decorated and brand new. Every room has its own lock and key and high-speed fibre wifi. The flat has shared areas such as a kitchen fully equipped with all appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, electric water heater, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware), and a large bathroom with a shower tray shared by three rooms (the fourth room has an en suite bathroom). As for the area, Calle Garganta de Aisa is in the heart of the Numancia neighbourhood of Vallecas, a few minutes from Avenida de Peña Prieta, with every kind of transport link: Metro Line 1 at Puente de Vallecas station, several bus lines to the city centre and the outskirts, and major roads such as the M-30 ring road and the A-3 motorway. An established part of Vallecas, very comfortable to settle in, with small local shops, schools, a health centre and more.
