Double room H.2, Puente de Vallecas
The room is bright, with a large terrace, and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with pillows, a set of sheets and a duvet, a spacious wardrobe, an electric heater, and high-quality double-glazed windows, all tastefully decorated and brand new. Every room has its own lock and key and high-speed fibre wifi. The flat's shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, electric water heater, microwave) and the kitchenware you need (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware), and a spacious bathroom with a shower tray shared by three rooms (the fourth room has an en suite bathroom). As for the area, Calle Garganta de Aisa is in the heart of Vallecas's Numancia neighbourhood, a few minutes from Avenida de Peña Prieta, with every transport link: Metro Line 1, Puente de Vallecas station; several bus lines to the city centre and the outskirts; and road links such as the M-30 ring road and the A-3 motorway. An established part of Vallecas, very comfortable to settle in, with small local shops, schools, a health centre and more.
