The room is bright and fully equipped with: a 1.35 m bed with pillows, a set of sheets and a duvet, a wardrobe, an electric heater, and high-quality double-glazed windows. Everything is tastefully decorated and brand new. Every room has its own lock and key and high-speed fibre wifi. The flat has shared areas such as a kitchen fully equipped with all appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, electric water heater, microwave) and the necessary kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). There is a large bathroom with a shower tray shared by three rooms (the fourth room has an en suite bathroom). As for the area, Calle Garganta de Aisa is in the heart of the Numancia neighbourhood in Vallecas, a few minutes from Avenida de Peña Prieta, with every transport link: the metro, Line 1, Puente de Vallecas station; several bus lines connecting with the city centre and the outskirts; and road junctions such as the M-30 ring road and the A-3 motorway. An established part of Vallecas, very comfortable to settle in, with local shops, schools, a health centre, etc.
