It includes a comfortable 1.35 m single bed with pillows, a set of sheets and a duvet for a good night's rest, all brand new. It also has a wardrobe with hangers, a study desk for work or study, and natural gas heating and a ceiling fan to keep it warm and cosy at all times. Capital Rooms is renting excellent single rooms in a shared flat at Calle Albino Hernández Lázaro 31, in the lively Villaverde neighbourhood. Villaverde Alto Metro/Renfe station is just a 7-minute walk away, along with Metro Line 3 and bus line 22, and there is a DIA supermarket conveniently located right below the building. This neighbourhood, known for being quiet and safe, offers a wide range of services including restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, a gym just a 3-minute walk away and lovely green areas to enjoy the outdoors. The shared areas of the flat are fully equipped for a comfortable, practical stay. The flat has central natural gas heating and a kitchen, furnished and fully equipped with all the appliances you need (including 2 fridges, a cooker, a washing machine and a microwave) and all the kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). There are also 2 spacious, comfortable shared bathrooms with shower trays. For privacy, every room has its own lock and key, plus high-speed fibre wifi, and cleaning of the shared areas is included.
