It also has a wardrobe with hangers, a study desk for your work or study time, and natural gas heating to keep it warm and cosy at all times. Capital Rooms is renting excellent single rooms in a shared flat at Calle Albino Hernández Lázaro 31, in the lively Villaverde neighbourhood. Just a 7-minute walk away is Villaverde Alto Metro/Renfe station, along with Metro Line 3 and bus line 22, and there is a DIA supermarket conveniently located right below the building. This neighbourhood, known for its quiet and safe atmosphere, offers a wide range of services, including restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, a gym just a 3-minute walk away, and lovely green areas to enjoy the outdoors. The flat's shared areas are well equipped for a comfortable, practical stay. The flat has central natural gas heating and a furnished kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances you need (including 2 fridges, a cooker, washing machine and microwave) and all the kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). There are also 2 spacious, comfortable shared bathrooms with shower trays. For privacy, every room has its own lock and key, plus high-speed fibre wifi, and cleaning of the shared areas is included.
