As an additional note, bedding is not included, but a mattress cover is provided for your comfort. Feel free to bring your favorite bedding to personalize the room to your liking. Last rental contract price: 800€ To ensure a harmonious living environment, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules: No Smoking: Please refrain from smoking inside the premises. For the comfort and well-being of all residents, we maintain a smoke-free environment. No Pets Allowed: We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in the apartment. This policy is in place to accommodate the needs and preferences of all residents. No Parties: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we have a strict no-party policy. While we encourage socializing, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels to a minimum and avoid hosting large gatherings. Daily Trash Disposal: Help us keep our home clean and pleasant by taking out the trash daily. Proper waste disposal contributes to a hygienic and welcoming living space for everyone. Short-Term Visits Allowed: You are welcome to have short-term visitors. However, please be considerate of your fellow residents and inform them in advance if you expect guests.
