It comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay: double bed (135 cm), wardrobe, desk with chair, bedside table, lamp and window. You will also have your own lock in the room for more privacy! * Bedding is not included, only mattress cover is provided. Last rental contract price: 600€ - Don't smoke - Pets are not allowed - Parties are forbidden - Take out the trash daily - Short-term visits are allowed - be informed that in this flat a device has been installed in order to allow the monitoring of the noise level (decibels) 24 hours a day. The system emits an alert whenever the sound level exceeds the maximum allowed by the Community of Barcelona, mainly between 11pm and 6am.
